Jessica Berg is a literary agent, author, and the founder of Rosecliff Literary, where she champions bold, emotionally resonant fiction with unforgettable characters, strong stakes, and a sense of urgency.
She is especially drawn to literary, upmarket, historical, and supernatural suspense, with a soft spot for haunting atmosphere, richly layered relationships, and characters who carry deep emotional wounds. Give her a protagonist standing at the edge of reinvention, a world on the brink of change, or a past that refuses to stay buried. She loves stories that explore grief, longing, ambition, and survival and the complicated ways they intersect. A multi-nominated writer with an MFA from Spalding University, Jessica brings a sharp editorial eye and a hands-on, strategic approach to agenting. She is a member of AALA and EFA and provides developmental feedback for Writer’s Digest. Represented by Amy Collins at Talcott Notch, she splits her time between crafting her own stories and guiding her clients through every stage of their publishing careers.

Tommy Dean is an Associate Agent at Rosecliff Literary, specializing in mystery, suspense, thrillers, crime fiction, and upmarket fiction with a sharp edge. He is drawn to high-stakes narratives, complex characters, and stories that refuse to be put down.
Crime novels with anti-hero main characters will always get him, as will mystery novels that keep him guessing. He’s always interested in clear stakes, surprise endings, and stories that make him forget the outside world. Plus points for supercharged sensory experiences, characters yearning to understand their pasts and find a glimmer of hope. Give him your characters with secrets, past loves, past crimes, and past mistakes that lead to unique stories.
An award-winning writer and editor, Tommy is the editor of Fractured Lit and Uncharted Magazine and the author of multiple flash fiction collections. His work has been recognized in Best Microfiction, Best Small Fiction, and The Lascaux Prize. With years of experience spotting standout stories, refining them, and championing their success, he brings a keen editorial eye and a deep understanding of what makes fiction compelling.

Grace Demyan
Meet Grace Demyan is an Associate Agent, who brings a sharp editorial eye, a business-savvy approach, and a deep love for stories that explore complex relationships. She’s drawn to characters who feel real—flawed, compelling, and impossible not to root for—and she has a particular soft spot for friendships, motherhood, and all the messy, beautiful emotions that come with them.
Grace is on the lookout for upmarket and commercial women’s fiction, all flavors of romance (except inspirational), and immersive sci-fi/fantasy with intricate worldbuilding. She also represents Young Adult fiction, with a special love for witty rom-coms and adventure fantasy. And if your book blurs the lines between book club fiction and romance or magical realism? She definitely wants to see it.
Before joining Rosecliff, Grace worked as a literary agency intern and earned her law degree from Tulane, giving her a rare mix of editorial insight and business acumen to help her clients build lasting careers. She’s communicative, collaborative, and all in on helping authors bring their best work into the world.
